HuMP needs you ...

Hurst’s own Morris People – HuMP – were among the stars of Cinderella, the village pantomime in January, and hope that this very visible and audible advertisement will attract more people to join the group.

They meet every Thursday evening from 8pm – 10pm in the Village Hall to practice from September to April, prior to dancing and playing at pubs, fetes, and other events from May to September, sometimes with other Morris sides.

The accent of the style of dancing is to have fun and friendship with like-minded people from all walks of life, and be very sociable. Anyone who plays a musical instrument such as recorder, violin, accordion or flute is also very welcome to join. For more information, visit www.hump.org.uk
