Sandford Farm - Builders Withdraw Housing Plan for Tip

Hicks Persimmon, the developer aiming to build hundreds of homes on the old Sandford Farm landfill site has admitted defeat and is withdrawing the plan. Phil Challis, who chairs the Loddon Valley Action Group (LVAG) was delighted at the news. He said “The decision to withdraw the applications shows that the efforts of residents can make a difference.”
